Buffalo, Cauliflower W Blue cheese & Balsamic Glaze

beach bites? poolside bites? game day food? i can’t decide and nor should you. you’ll love these buffalo cauliflower bites.

grill your cauliflower, add your favorite buffalo wing sauce, crumble on some blue cheese or gorgonzola and polish it off w a balsamic vinegar glaze.

balsamic glaze:

i love to keep homemade sauces, glazes and dressing in a small mason jar in the fridge and i always make more than enough because often, it goes quite quickly.

5 minute balsamic glaze:

using a good quality balsamic vinegar, heat about a cup or more, it in a saucepan if you don’t have kids screaming and demanding your attention every 30 seconds; if you do have the kid situation going on, the microwave will do just fine. heat on high for 2 minutes stirring every 40 seconds or just keep an eye on it. it should be thick and it reduces.

drizzle it over the buffalo bites.

amateur tip:
you can use this sauce on a grilled chicken salad
a cheese plate w croistini, cranberries, figs and grapes, or
drizzled over a watermelon, feta, and sliced red onion salad.
